This two site redevelopment will replace outdated housing stock with a modern collection of high quality homes available for both social and private tenure. Delivered in two phases, the scheme will provide 340 new residential units across six buildings ranging from 5 to 22 storeys. Phase 1 delivers 80 new homes within two blocks on the site of the previously demolished building, while Phase 2 will complete the remaining 260 homes alongside two commercial units. The project incorporates the Schüco AWS 60 system for all windows, doors, and curtain walling, ensuring a robust and efficient façade solution.
